Physics Secondary Emphasis (26-27 credits)

In order to claim a secondary emphasis in physics, a student must successfully take:

  • MA 130 – Calculus I (4)
  • MA 230 – Calculus II (4)
  • MA 235 – Calculus III (4)
  • PC 202 – Introductory Physics I (3) and PC 202L – Intro Physics Laboratory (1)
    —OR—
    PC 204 – University Physics (4)
  • PC 203 – Introductory Physics II (3) and PC 203L – Intro Physics Laboratory II (1)
  • PC 301 – Theoretical Modern Physics (3)
  • One additional physics course (3-4)
