All transcript requests must be ordered through our authorized transcript service, the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC).
How do I order a transcript?
- After reviewing the instructions below, click on this link to place your online order. Be sure to have your delivery information and a payment method ready before placing your request.

Types of transcripts?
- All transcripts produced by NSC are OFFICIAL. You can order either an electronic version that will be sent via secure email or an
intercollege transcript exchange or a hard-copy paper transcript that is printed on
security paper and sent in a sealed, signature-stamped envelope.
- Archived Records – If you graduated from Juniata College prior to 1985, you MUST order a mail/paper transcript
because student records from that time are not maintained digitally. Please be careful
to select the correct format when placing your order as refunds will not be given
if you order the incorrect format. If you have any questions regarding which format
to order, please contact the Registrar's Office at 814-641-3165. Also note that your
order may require additional days for processing.
- Current Juniata students can download an UNOFFICIAL version of their Juniata transcript by logging into Colleague Self-Service.
What is the fee for a transcript?
There will be NSC delivery and processing fees for each transcript request. The current fees are:

Please consult the NSC website for fees for other delivery methods, including international, certified, and express delivery. |
- Fees are subject to change as determined by the National Student Clearinghouse.
- Due to the automated ordering processing, once an order is placed, it cannot not be cancelled nor can you make changes to it. Refunds will not be considered. Review your order to ensure accuracy before submitting. If you made an error, you must place a new order with the correct address, delivery method, etc.
How long will it take for my transcript to be processed?
- Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days.
- For pickup orders, you can pick up your transcript in the Juniata College Registrar’s Office on the second floor of Founders Hall on the next business day after you receive the “transcript ready” email.
