HUNTINGDON, Pa. - The NCAA Division III Presidents Council elected Juniata College President James A. Troha to serve on the NCAA Board of Governors, which is the highest governing body of the NCAA. Troha, whose two-year term will begin January 2025, will serve as one of the nine voting members on the board.
