HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- Michael Frandsen, assistant professor of business administration at Juniata College, will give a tallk on "CEO Succession and Stockholder Reaction" as part of the Bookend Seminar lecture series at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 15 in the Neff Lecture Hall in the von Liebig Center for Science.

He received a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree in business administration from Penn State University.
