The Dean's List is a trio of hip-hop musicians from Boston, Mass. comprised of rapper Sonny Shotz, producer DJ Mendoza and engineer Mik Beats. The group released their first mixtape, "Undeclared," in 2010 and have subsequently released "The Drive In" and "Generation X."

Like Chris Webby, The Dean's List is not affiliated with a record label. Both performers are using social media and YouTube to create buzz for their music.
