NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. -- Juniata College women's soccer fell 1-0 on the road against the Titans of Westminster College earlier today.

The Eagles managed eight shots on the Titans' goal and had seven corner kick opportunities to Westminster's three. Senior Aimee Radic (Belle Vernon, Pa./Belle Vernon Area) and freshman Lauren Liacouras (Collegeville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) each registered three shots apiece for Juniata.

The Eagles gave in to the Titans in the 83rd minute when Westminster sophomore Kristina Tissue scored off a senior Kelli Michanowicz pass.

Juniata goalkeeper Gabriella Ricciardi (Massapequa, N.Y./Massapequa) played all 90 minutes for the Eagles and charted five saves.

Juniata (3-5-1) returns home for its first Landmark Conference action against Goucher College this Saturday, Oct. 1, at 3:30 p.m. as a part of Juniata's Homecoming & Family Weekend.
