MORRISTOWN, N.J. -- Juniata College men's soccer fell to Drew University 4-1 in Landmark Conference action today in Morristown, N.J., with Jeffrey Gring (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) scoring the lone goal for the Eagles.

Drew scored four consecutive goals throughout the first and second half. First from Matthew Gragnano just four minutes in assisted by Matthew Greenburg. It wasn't until the 36th minute that Greenburg found the net again off of Ian Elfers. The third goal came from Greenburg as well as a shot deflected off of a Juniata player. Gragnano put the Rangers up four goals off of Greenburg and Kevin Veliz.

Gring faked out a defender to shoot from outside the 18-yard box to score Juniata's lone goal in the 67th minute.

Drew outshot Juniata 17-2, and had five corner kicks compared to zero from the Eagles.

Juniata keeper Ezra Cassel (Denver, Pa./Cocalico) made three saves but was charged with the four goals allowed. Jeff Rogers defended the net for the Rangers, making zero saves and allowing one goal.

The Eagles return for more Landmark Conference action Tuesday, Oct. 19, when they host Susquehanna University for "Senior Day" to take on the Crusaders at 4:00 p.m.
