TOWSON, Md. -- 110 minutes of soccer failed to produce a victor as Juniata College and Goucher College played to a 0-0 double overtime tie, in Landmark Conference men's soccer action on Saturday in Towson, Md.

Goucher (7-8-2, 1-5-1 Landmark) outshot Juniata 19-12, with 13 of the Gophers' shots coming in the first half. The Eagles outshot the Gophers 10-4 in the second half, but failed to get a shot at the Goucher goal in either of the two 10-minute overtime periods. Goucher also had nine corner kick opportunities to Juniata's one.

Joe Kohler (Vienna, Va./James Madison) played the first 78 minutes in the Juniata goal, recording eight saves - his second-best effort of the season. Senior Ted Sonneborn (Syracuse, N.Y./Manlius Pebble Hill) came on in the 79th minute to finish out the regulation time as well as the two overtime periods, and recorded one save over 32 minutes.

With the tie, Juniata concludes its 2008 campaign with a 5-11-2 overall record, 0-5-2 in the Landmark Conference.
