HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- The Juniata College Circle K Club, which is the college chapter of Kiwanis International, presented a check for $1,921 to Linda Forshey, wishmaker for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, at the club's installation ceremony for new members and new officers Feb. 18 in Ellis Hall on the Juniata campus.

Forshey is involved in the wishmaking process from beginning to end. She visits the child to find out his wish, completes necessary paperwork, and organizes the event for the child.

The funds raised by the club came from admission fees to the college's annual "Mr. Juniata" event and from admission to the club's "Midnight Movie" event.

Jeremy Tabin, lieutenant governor of Circle K's Centre Division, inducted the club's new members and officers.
