HUNTINGDON, Pa. - Following the program\'s first post-season appearance in the Landmark Conference tournament last week, the Juniata College women\'s soccer team learned Monday that its season would continue. The Eagles were one of eight teams selected for the ECAC Division III Women\'s Soccer Tournament, and will face Grove City College on Wednesday, Nov. 7, in Grove City, Pa. Game time has been set at 2:00 p.m. at College Field; there is no admission charge to the event. \"We\'re obviously thrilled to be a part of the ECAC Championship tournament. Grove City is a wonderful program, and we look forward to playing them on Wednesday,â?? said Juniata women\'s soccer Scott McKenzie. The Eagles will be the no. 8 seed in the tournament, with a 9-5-3 overall record, 2-2-2 in the Landmark Conference. Juniata lost to the University of Scranton, 3-2, in the semifinals of the Landmark Conference Women\'s Soccer Tournament. Grove City College, the tournament\'s top seed, brings a 15-3-1 record into the ECAC tournament. The Wolverines were defeated 2-1 by Westminster College in the Presidents Athletic Conference Women\'s Soccer Tournament semifinals. The winner of the match will advance to play the winner of the quarterfinal matchup between no. 4 seed Widener University and no. 5 seed Catholic University. -30-
