1. The Chemical Hygiene Officer shall retain records of all employees who attend Juniata Laboratory Safety Training and all accident reports for at least five years.
2. Site-specific laboratory safety training records should be retained by laboratory supervisors for at least one year after an employee leaves a position.
3. The Laboratory Standard requires that the following records be maintained for at least thirty years and made available in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1020:
   
   • Air concentration monitoring results
   • Exposure assessments
   • Medical consultations
   • Medical examinations
