1. Experience is Shared

Anyone can share an incident online (through the Arch), over the phone, via email, or in-person.

2. Initial Assessment

The Title IX Coordinator will review the circumstances and assess if there are immediate safety concerns to address.

3. Initial Outreach

The Title IX Coordinator will send an email tot he harmed party outlining resources, support, and reporting options and will invite a meeting.

4. Intake Meeting

Meeting with Title IX Coordinator is voluntary.

5. Supportive Measures

Title IX staff will implement supportive measures elected by the offended student. (i.e. class and housing accommodations, no contact order)

6. Possible Outcomes

Ongoing supportive measures, informal resolution, and formal complaint process.
