Controller 

The Controller has operational responsibility for the Operating Budget, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Payroll, Grants, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Endowment, Perkins, Cash Management, Financing, Fixed Assets, and Development Accounting.

Assistant to the Vice President for Finance & Business Affairs and Purchasing Card Administrator

The Purchasing Card Administrator has responsibility for the College's Purchasing Cards program.  

Bursar

The Bursar has responsibility for Student Accounts, Loans, and Cashier Functions.

Assistant Controller

The Assistant Controller has responsibility for Budget Development, Budget Reporting, Forecasting, Budget Management.
