Juniata College offers an exciting array of summer camps and conferences designed to engage and inspire students of all ages. These camps cover a diverse range of interests, from academic enrichment in subjects like science, technology, and the arts, to recreational activities and sports. Whether exploring new interests or deepening existing passions, participants in Juniata's summer camps and conferences enjoy a dynamic experience that encourages growth, creativity, and camaraderie.

Camps run all summer in popular subjects such as the arts, science, and sports.

We are only taking credit card payments, cash or checks will not be accepted. Cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee and must be made more than two weeks prior to the camp start date to qualify for a refund.

The Leave No Trace Level 1 Instructor Course will meet at Juniata College’s Raystown Field Station, located on Raystown Lake at 14322 Field Station Lane, Entriken PA 16638. This two-day course is designed for anyone interested in learning more about minimum impact skills and ethics.

Art Museum Camp

Look at a lot of cool stuff to inspire your creativity. Collect rocks? We’ve got ‘em. Interesting taxidermied critters - check. Like old books and pictures? We’ve got those, too! This camp takes you on an exploration of Juniata’s many collections as you create your own exhibition-worthy objects. You’ll work in clay, create a book, use a 200-year-old printing press, play with fiber arts, and end with a mini-exhibition (including a special "opening event") of everyone’s production.

This camp is for high school aged women who want to improve their level of play and get better at certain or all skills. Women's Volleyball Team Camp

Join a national-level coaching staff for a competitive weekend of volleyball. The high school team camp helps teams improve their play with competitive matches. The largest part of the camp is devoted to tournament play, with a session on individual training and a Juniata team demo. The coaching clinic portion discusses individual training of skills, mental toughness training, and team training concepts. Coaches attend the camp and clinic at no charge (one coach per team).

Basketball Day Camp

Campers will learn fundamentals of shooting and playing basketball correctly. They receive one-on-one instruction from Juniata Men’s Basketball staff and players. Players also learn drills that they can take home to excel. Daily shoot-out competitions, guest speakers, 3-on-3 games, a 1-on-1 Tournament, and many more features happen in a total teaching atmosphere. Campers also receive a free camp T-shirt and lunch is provided for all campers.

Softball Prospect Clinic

The current Juniata College Softball coaching staff and team will host this opportunity to receive instruction on proper warm-up/stretching, throwing progression, defensive, and offensive skills. Work closely with the current team and receive college level drills and instruction. Not only will players receive instruction on skill sets but they will get a look into what the current JC Softball team does in a day-to-day practice. The camp will conclude with a Q&A with players and coaches.

August Women's Soccer ID Clinics

The ID Clinic is for high school aged soccer players who want to give serious consideration to playing at the collegiate level. We will train them on both technical and tactical aspects of the game within a college training session environment.
