Additionally, many locations are not listed on the online registration form or in the schedule below. When you arrive on campus for the weekend, stop by Registration in the lobby of Ellis Hall to pick up the final schedule of events and locations.

Juniata Together Virtual 5k  Anytime | Anywhere

Whether you’re lacing up here on campus or bringing that blue & gold pride to your own neighborhood, your registration helps power The Juniata Fund, which supports the College’s greatest needs. Pick your own route and run, walk, bike, hike, swim — move however you like for 5K (3.1 miles) and show your Juniata pride! Use the 2026 Juniata Virtual 5K registration link to sign up for this event.

Juniata Outdoors  Anytime | Various Locations

These self-guided adventures include hiking the Thousand Steps, exploring the Peace Chapel, walking and biking on the Lower Trail, and mountain biking on the Allegrippis Trails. All levels of fitness and experience can be accommodated through one of these activities. Activities should be able to be completed in approximately two hours or less. For more info, click here.

Time to get the celebration started!

Campus Tours  9 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. | Swigart Enrollment Center

The Enrollment Center will provide guided campus tours. Enjoy many familiar sites as well as new additions to campus. Kick off Homecoming & Family Weekend with the Juniata Activities Board! Current students are invited to gather with family members, alumni, and friends for a fun and relaxed evening to celebrate the start of the weekend. Whether you're reconnecting with familiar faces or meeting someone new, it's a great opportunity to enjoy the Homecoming spirit and make lasting memories together. 

Celebrity Bartender   7 – 10 p.m. | Juniata Brewing Company, 1102 Susquehanna Avenue 

Juniata alumni, especially those celebrating a reunion this year, are invited to join together at Juniata Brewing Company for a night of mingling! Special guests from the faculty and staff will be serving drinks - who knows who may appear behind the bar? You won’t want to miss it! Drinks will be pay your own way.

Stargazing with Professor Matt Beaky   9 – 10:30 p.m. | Paul E. Hickes Observatory 

Rain Location: If there is inclement weather (including cloudy skies) this event is cancelled. 

Join Professor Matt Beaky for stargazing at the Paul E. Hickes Observatory behind Brumbaugh Academic Center. Stop by anytime between 9 and 10:30 pm.

Learn about the College’s current plans and goals for the future with President Troha and the Senior Leadership Team. There will be an opportunity for Q&A following the session. Beverages and light breakfast items available.

Juniata College Museum of Art   10 a.m. - 4 p.m. | Juniata College Museum of Art 

Special Activities: 10 a.m. - noon 

Special Activities: Learn about food insecurity through hands-on/brains-on activities, decorate a bowl to donate for the Empty Bowls sale, or help support local food pantries. 

Exhibition: Serving 20 Years of Empty Bowls

Juniata College celebrates 20 years of participation in the national Empty Bowls project to address food insecurity in our community. Each year, faculty, staff, students, and friends of Juniata host this fundraiser in support of four Huntingdon County food banks and pantries, as well as the Huntingdon County Area Elementary School Backpack Program. To date, the program has raised over $97,000, with 100% of the funds returned to Huntingdon County agencies.

Raystown Field Station Open House    10 a.m. - 2 p.m. | Lakeside Center, Raystown Field Station - rain or shine

If there is inclement weather the boat tours will be cancelled.

Drive on your own to learn about programs at the station and tour Shuster Hall, Grove Farm, and student lodges. Apple cider and Station merch will be available for purchase! Boat tours with seating limited to those who pre-registered will be offered at 10:30 a.m, 11:30 a.m, and 1 p.m. If you need directions to the station, you can stop by the registration desk Ellis Hall or click here.

Boat Tour (One Rider): $10.00 

*Please note that each boat ride is limited to 10 people. In the event of inclement  weather the boat rides will be cancelled and registration fees will be considered donations to the Raystown Field Station.

Isett Heritage Museum  11 a.m. – 6 p.m. | Isett Heritage Museum, 11941 Stone Creek Ridge Road 

All Homecoming & Family Weekend guests are invited to tour the Isett Heritage Museum, a recent donation to the College. Enjoy an extensive display of historic antiques and memorabilia from the 1800s to the present day. It is an educational and fun experience for all ages! Football vs. Wilkes University  12 p.m. | Goodman Field, Knox Stadium

Alumni Rugby Match and Tailgate  1 p.m. | Ellis Field and Sherwood Pavilion

Former Hellbenders and Juniata Oldboys are invited to play in a combined game against the current teams. Folks are encouraged to gather at noon on the Ellis Field to prepare for the match. Members of the Class of 2026 are invited to catch up with classmates at the Jamboree in celebration of your first Homecoming as Juniata alumni.

It’s all your favorite Homecoming & Family Weekend events wrapped into one huge celebration of all things Juniata! Enjoy a beer garden, carnival activities, food, live music, and more. Current students, families, alumni, and friends — there is something for everyone at this big party on the Quad! Each registration includes entry into the Jamboree, food, and non-alcoholic drinks. 

You can elect to add beer garden access to your registration. Beer garden registration is limited to those 21 and older and includes beer, cider, and a Juniata swag item. A portion of your registration helps to power The Juniata Fund, which supports the College’s greatest needs. Register in advance for faster admission.

Juniata College Clay Shooting Tournament  8 a.m. - noon | Shenecoy Sportsman Club, 5776 Shenecoy Rd, Huntingdon, PA 16652 – rain or shine!

Join us for a lively morning at Shenecoy Sportsman’s Club, home of Juniata’s clay shooting team! Whether you're an experienced shooter or just along for the fun, it’s a great way to enjoy the outdoors, reconnect, and support the team. Kick things off with coffee and donuts when you arrive and check-in, then head out for friendly competition, contests, and a chance to win prizes and some Juniata swag! Spectators are welcome to cheer and mingle. Light snacks will be available throughout the event.
