Theo has been a professional counselor for 13 years focusing on multiple disciplines within the counseling realm. Theo is originally from Philadelphia, PA. He received his master’s degree from Shippensburg University in college counseling. His specific interest is in Trauma care, drug and alcohol counseling, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Theo loves to incorporate mindfulness and psychoeducation within his therapy methods.
