Andrea's Bio

• BA, History and Museum Studies, 2019
• Joined Juniata Staff in 2021

Andrea grew up in Mount Union, PA and is a 2019 graduate of Juniata College. As a student, she studied History and Museum Studies, spending most of her time at Beeghly Library looking for interesting primary sources, at the Museum of Art, or playing mini golf in the hallways of Founders Hall. Embracing the opportunities for experiential learning, Andrea also interned with several local historic sites, including the Altoona Railroaders Memorial Museum and Fort Roberdeau.

After graduation, Andrea served with the Pennsylvania College Advising Corps at Central Cambria High School in Ebensburg, PA for two years. While there, she worked with the senior classes of 2020 and 2021 to explore and develop their postsecondary plans and assisted them with college applications and financial aid. As a first-generation college graduation herself, Andrea is passionate about assisting prospective students with their college search.

In her free time, Andrea enjoys true crime documentaries, drinking coffee (especially from Standing Stone), all things Taylor Swift, collecting vintage vinyl, and visiting historic sites/museums. If you have any questions for Andrea, please reach out!
