Huntingdon, Pa. - Juniata College baseball players Adam Camberg (Altoona/Altoona) and Matt Garner (Bellwood-Antis/Bellwood) have been selected to the CoSIDA Academic All-District II Baseball College Division Team for their efforts on the field and in the classroom. Garner was a second-team choice in the outfield, while Camberg was tabbed as the second-team designated hitter. The team consists of 24 student-athletes, 12 on both the first and second teams, with each team consisting of two pitchers, a catcher, four infielders, three outfielders and a designated hitter.

Camberg received second-team All-Conference recognition for his play with the Eagles this season. He ranks in a tie for third with 15 RBI and is second on the squad with 11 doubles. He has a .396 slugging percentage on the season, with 28 hits and 15 runs scored. Camberg drew 18 walks on the season which ranked third on the team and holds a .264 batting average.

Garner earns his second Academic All-District honor as he was chosen as a first-team choice in football this past fall. He was a major run producer for Juniata this season, driving in 15 runs which tied him for third on the team. He batted .221 on the season with 19 hits, including six doubles, and nine runs scored. Garner played in 30 of Juniata's 38 games and started 24 contests.

In the classroom, Garner entered the spring semester with a cumulative GPA of 3.991 while Camberg boasted a 3.778 GPA. Garner, who is a Biology student, is a member of the National Biology Honor Society as well as the National Leadership Honor Society and Juniata College Honor Society. Camberg, who graduated with a degree in mathematics and secondary education has been a five-time member of the Juniata Dean's List and is a member of both Juniata Instructors of the Future and the Pi Lambda Theta Honor Society.

The members of the College Sports Information Directors of America by districts select the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team. The District II College Division consists of all NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA colleges in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
