HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- The Juniata College women's soccer team hosted Landmark Conference foe Moravian College on Oct. 2 at Winton Hill Field. Juniata scoring came from all over the roster and was only interrupted once by the Greyhounds, for a final score of 4-1.

Caitlin Bigelow (La Mesa, Calif./The Academy of Our Lady of Peace) kicked off the scoring for the Eagles off an assist from Katie Keating (Huntingdon, Pa./Huntingdon Area) 16 minutes in. Jennifer Graves (Manchester, Ct./Manchester) slipped one in off of an assist from Erin Eddinger (Barto, Pa./Boyertown) and Molly Sellars (Caldwell, Nj./Caldwell). Freshman Alicia Snyder (Jonestown, Pa./Northern Lebanon) scored in the 45th minute off of an assist from Eddinger. Snyder had an active game on offense and now tallies two goals and two assists in her collegiate career so far.

In the 62nd minute Eileen Black found the back of the net for the Greyhounds only goal. Six minutes later, Jennifer Novak had her second collegiate goal in one week assisted by Paula Pryor (Westbrookville, Ny./Burke Catholic).

Juniata outshot Moravian 17-13 and had a 3-2 edge in corner kicks.

Kristen Penska (North Huntingdon, Pa./Norwin) saw all 90 minutes of the match, making two saves for the Eagles. The Eagles were successful against the Landmark Conference's top goalie for save her save percentage, the Greyhound's Sarah Halpin. Halpin made seven saves in 90 minutes.

Juniata travels to Carlisle, Pa. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, when they take on Dickinson College at 6:30 p.m.
