PRINCETON, N.J. - The Juniata College women's volleyball squad pushed Division I Princeton University to four games before falling to the Tigers 3-1, Sunday afternoon in Princeton, N.J. Game scores were 30-28, 23-30, 30-20, and 31-29. Junior Amber Thomas (Ephrata, Pa./Conestoga Valley) logged 22 kills and 10 digs in the losing effort, while Erin Albert (Philipsburg, Pa./Philipsburg-Osceola) had 13 kills. Megan Sollenberger (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) had a team-high 18 digs, while Molly Sollenberger (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) finished with 16 digs. Megan Sollenberger logged four service aces during the afternoon. Beth Kozak (Huntingdon, Pa./Huntingdon) had 59 set assists. For Princeton, Lindsey Ensign had a game-high 25 kills, followed by Parker Henritze with 17 kills. Jenny McReynolds had a game-high 32 digs. The Eagles (18-2, 4-0 Landmark) will host Elizabethtown College in a mid-week clash on Wednesday, Oct. 3, at 7:30 p.m. at the Kennedy Sports + Recreation Center. -30-
