The Juniata College Theatre program launches its season with the play titled "Exit the King" by Eugene Ionesco at 8:15 p.m. each evening, Oct. 26-28 in Oller Hall. Andrew Belser, assistant professor and director of Juniata theatre, notes, "This production is part circus, part rave, part children?s story, part dream-life...it?s a wild ride!"

"Exit the King" is a contemporary tale of power as seen through the eerie, eloquent, and strangely humorous final hours of a king?s political and bodily demise. Guest professional designer Craig Young and Belser chose a scenically understated theatre, accompanying it with startling lighting images and lush soundscapes.

Tickets are available at the Information Desk in the Ellis Hall lobby or at the door the nights of the performance. Tickets are $3 for students and $5 for general admission.
